Summer Time

Welcome to the heat of the hot. I’ve come into summer with a lot of expectations and only time can tell me where I’ll stand at the end of summer. Job(s?), class, and an internship will keep me busy and driven both creatively and monetarily. I am making it a point to run more often so I can somewhat get back in to shape and I’ve found I like running much more than I had previously thought. A while back there were plans to run in a 5k called the Color Run but I need to check the registration fee and date again. I’m really grateful to have landed in an internship/apprenticeship with a talented woodworker by the name of Chad (jollywoodchopper.com). His knowledge and flexibility in his teaching style can only benefit me as I look towards where I will land in the future. And it never hurts that he is just a genuine nice guy to be around. I’ve also committed to reading more in my down time, whether it is fiction or factual. I just finished the hunger games trilogy and am just starting into the Hobbit, as I have not read any of the lotr books yet. So yeah thats just a bit of my summer. I hope your summers all turn out just how you want them.
